Welcome to J.Bean's!

J. Bean’s Restaurant and Gathering Place opened in New Longview in November 2011. The owner, Tim Griffin successfully created a catering company four years ago and decided to make the leap to the restaurant business. Tim’s wife, Ibby, is an 8th grade English teacher during the day and helps out at the restaurant in her spare time. Tim and Ibby have a daughter, Jillian, and a son, Sawyer. Jillian quickly got the nickname “JillyBean,” and that was the inspiration for the name of the restaurant, J. Bean’s.

With a made-from-scratch kitchen with something to please everyone, cozy atmosphere, and courteous staff, we would love to welcome you in for lunch or dinner!
