KCRiverFest 2012 has it all including great food, entertainment, and fun for the whole family. KCRiverFest features two stages on the banks of the Missouri River in Richard L. Berkley Riverfront Park.
Healthy River Partnership will be back to showcase environmental responsibility on the river. Crafters and vendors will showcase their wares in the Market Place. The Kansas City Kite Club will be flying kites of all shapes and sizes. The Kids Zone will feature The Radio Disney Experience plus unlimited rides on the inflatable’s while families can enjoy a relaxing day by the Mighty Mo.
The Friends of the River Stage on Festival Plaza will feature musical acts such as rising Country Star Dustin Lynch, Outlaw Jim & The Whiskey Benders, Outlaw Junkies, Making Movies, Travis Marvin and the USAF Shades of Blue Jazz Band.
The Show-Me Pavilion will have children's entertainment including Radio Disney, Missouri American Water "Wings Over Water" Bird Show, "Crunch Don't Munch", and "Sit Means Sit" dog training.
KCRiverFest is proud to offer Kansas City’s finest foods including traditional hamburgers, hot dogs, Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Corn Dogs, Turkey Legs, Italian Sausage, Funnel Cakes and Ice Cream.
Beer and soft drinks will be available to quench your thirst. Your biggest challenge will be deciding what to eat first!
And at 10:05 PM get ready for the greatest Fireworks show ever presented OVER the Missouri River!
