Our truffles are a traditional ganache center, a succulent blend of dark, milk or white Belgian Chocolate combined with the finest ingredients, from infusing fruit or spices into the fresh cream, to adding whole, chopped or ground fruit, spice or nuts, to pouring in generous splashes of liqueur at the end to intensify Flavor. Each one is then hand dipped with care to create an exquisite chocolate experience.
